The Fairy Godmother: A day at a Wedding fair x

Hi fairy bugs happy Monday!

We hope you've had a great weekend full of Bibbidi bobbidi boo. Yesterday we attended a super Wedding fair at the Reebok stadium, Bolton.

With over 50 exhibitors there was lots of exciting stands to visit. Cars to cake, stationary to suits, dresses to DJ's.......the event was a wealth of inspiration and information on some of the finest local bridal businesses in the north west. If you missed out don't worry we attended for you and have have imagery and contacts to share. There is even video footage of the fabulous bridal catwalk. Oooooo we spoil you.

On entry there was a parade of spectacular cars. Bowed and filled with floral arrangements they were a triumph. As we proceeded to do the rounds of the hall there were some great ideas for entertainment, casino tables, photo booths, chocolate fountains and candy tables. If you want a day that your guests will remember maybe this is a good place to start.

The creative talent on show was immense....... Imaginative cakes, perfectly designed stationary, caught in the moment photography......... Emphasising that local talent should definitely be explored.

Promptly at 1.30pm the show commenced and it was truly a delight to watch. Divine vocal styling from Matt Philips set the scene. Being serenade was a lovely start to the show. Our favourite was certainly "happy" originally by Pharrell Williams, Matt performed a super version causing the crowd to clap and bop along happily. Next it was time for the fashion portion of the catwalk show, dazzling bride and bridesmaids dresses from "Because I love you" bridal centre, and perfectly tailored suits from Slaters of Bolton and Aults menswear, the flowing bridal fashion sashayed down the catwalk in perfect formation. In total it was A little bit of heaven.
