Loved the fact the sun was shining brightly this morning, definitely a lovely way to start the day!

So with a spring in my step i have this weeks "Wedding buy of the Week". It's a true gem and if you are going vintage, this will be the perfect eye catching ornament to compliment your dress!

Wedding Inspiration x

Are you looking for a wedding dress and not quite sure what style you want? Or are you a fashionista Bride who wants designer inspiration? Well either way once a week i show off a designer look that you can take inspiration from :)

A favourite of mine, that is a must for tooting at is Marchesa! Divine dresses with elegant details and silhouettes to die for. You can imagine my delight to find the spring/summer 2013 bridal look book available to browse. From beginning to end there was a sequence of ooooos and aaaaahhhhhh's and a few squeals, (to the distress of my poor pooch).

I have chosen this beautiful satin sheath dress. A slinky sultry number which, hints at understated bride but ooooozes style and sophisication. This is a show stopper of a dress, and would be a definate talking point at a wedding!

Now if your like me and get seriously over excited every time you pass a Bridal shop you'll know that there are a lot more slinky, slim line dresses on offer. So why not take inspiration from Marchesa, be bold and be brave............go for the new fashion forward look - you'll have other brides following in your footsteps x

Hello Fairy bugs! I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend? Wasn't it a beautiful day yesterday, sun shining, birds tweeting! It inspired me to show some thing fun, colourful and perfect for summer :)

Hello to all the fairy bugs out there who have a wedding to plan and need a little Fairy Godmother inspiration! 

This week i am starting with the dress! and what can i say, its another Jenny packham dream dress. This gorgeous tulle number with its floral cluster ouzes fairytale wedding and connotations of everything that is whimsical spring to mind. Why not take inspiration from this by having a beautiful tulle veil with a small floral cluster to one side or even opt for a wedding dress with a tulle skirt for that princess essence :)

High Street buy of the Week x

Well it's been a lovely afternoon, the suns been out the birds are tweeting - lets hope this is the start of a great summer! (here's hoping). 

This week i walked past Reiss and was admiring they're lovely fresh looking spring collection when i spied a beautiful statement piece! Not to wander from the usual inspiration insights i like to offer from the designer catwalks, there is nothing more pleasing to the eye than colourful pom poms, executed and displayed to perfection. One of this years big wedding trends is the pom pom. Perfect for Vintage summer time theme's they hang happily in any room or gazebo. They enhance any space and oooze fun and happy times :) If you are not into pom poms or bunting why not try tassles? That's right folks tassles! Hints of lace, organza ruffles and a fit to flatter anyone. Hello Fairy bugs hope everyone has had a super dooper easter with lots of chocolate treats.
