Wedding Inspiration of the Week x

Hi Fairy bugs,
my my how the weather is changing up here! I feel the need to get the old knit wear out! Lovely warm cosy knits in all their jewel colours. Well it's got me thinking.......
Opulance, rich tones, stand out details - we're only onto this weeks theme (yippee). Peacock heaven! I don't know about you but the sight of a peacock feather gets me giddy.....the natural beauty, the striking colours, the unique design. Perfect for our Brides to be who want to achieve an opulent style wedding. Not only are their delicate nature inspiring but the array of colours in a single feather can create a chic and rather individual atmosphere.
To help you along with our rather bubble thought process we thought we pull together our favourite images from our pinterest boards and create one very inspiring mood board.
Some of the main details of the day can get a real boost from adding a single peacock feather. For example - the chair covers, button holes, cupcakes/cake,  even your wedding stationary. By adding this novel item or imagery (to your stationary), you create and instant vibrant impact. They look expensive and are extremely eye catching. Why not incorporate a few cheeky feathers into your bouquet to keep continuity. By keeping them in these suitable areas you can be free to match up your bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen accessories and even you table settings by colour, so not to go OTT on the feather front. Adding the novel teal, royal blues, deep purples will keep all the main details aligned with your chosen theme.
If your wondering how to dress to match your theme. Opt for floating layers and encrusted details. You will bring a soft sophistication to the whole story, not to mention you will stand out splendidly. Remember to have fun with opulence, embrace it, own it, love it xx
