Wedding Inspiration of the Week x

Hi Fairy bugs,
happy friday we're at the end of the week and what a week its been. All this cold wet wether has got me geared up for autumn, and this year........i'm going to embrace it. All those rich warm colours, the beautiful colour changing leaves and the chance to layer up in our favourite warm autumnal textures.
If you haven't thought about a wedding in the latter stages of the year - maybe consider it. There is so much fun to be had, and our mood board expresses that! We want to share this weeks pinterest finds with you to show you the fun autumn features you can include for your special day.
Firstly flowers.........rich reds, deep burgundys blended sublimely with pumpkin tones and rustic timbers. You can create a real novel bouquet and centrepieces by embracing all things that bloom at the back end of summer into autumn. Sunflowers, peonies, asters and add a touch of foliage - tad ah! Gorgeous, vibrant, stand out pieces. They will really set the scene.
You can incorporate the divine tones into the ribbons on your cake, sugarcraft on cupcakes and then into the bows and runners for your table settings. Just imagine walking into a room full of autumnal delights. You could even give chocolate orange truffles for favours - for that warm fuzzy feeling :)
Lets not forget the all important dress code. Men and women. Loving the mix of textures and warm shades modelled by the groomsmen below. This is a great example of true fall fun! The bridesmaids would look stunning in arrays of red and amber tones or a single shade would be quite suffice. Either way a nod to your theme would be enhanced by the bridal party.
For our beautiful bride why not opt for ivory or off white to compliment the more comforting element of the trend.
I hope we've inspired you to embrace autumn and all of its charm xx
