Real life Wedding: Neil and Natasha Clarke

Set in the rolling Lancashire hills a rather traditionally epic abode sits pretty beyond a delightful bridge and brook. The wedding of Neil and Natasha took place at the Ferrari's hotel, a stunning stone built venue with 360 views and quaint levelled gardens. A perfect start to a perfect day.
As you made your way through the venue Neil and Natasha's highlight colours became very apparent. Navy lifted with a soft baby pink, a lovely theme for a march wedding.  Natasha had chosen to dress her bridesmaids in full length navy dresses with stunning lace detailing while the groomsmen's echoed the bridesmaids in navy and added the pink element through matching ties. Blending beautifully the bridal party looked classic and tailored. The bride looked stunning as she sashayed down the isle. With a chiffon panelled top section to cover her décolletage, pleated bustier that nipped in at the waist and full skirting trimmed with delicate lace the dress was beautifully chic!
Natasha had seamlessly pieced together vital bridal detailing with floral bouquets and pins delicately constructed consisting of perfect roses and baby's breath which, added depth and a rather sweet feminine touch. The roses were a shade of softened pink and sat back with the bows tied around the chairs.
Once the ceremony had taken place and the happy tears from the "I do's" were wiped away, the bridal party and guests made their way outside to the picture perfect gardens for the sun blessed photo opportunitys. Supplied with a Buck's Fizz and doilie cones full of dried petals, guests congratulated the new Mr and Mrs Clarke and sprinkled them with a light dusting of pretty petals. As formal photos came to an end a rather yummy offering of canapés proceeded to do the rounds; mini fish and chips, bruschetta, spag Bol balls and mini beef Yorkshire Puds went down a treat. Wine and beer a flowing and the merriment continued into the Wedding breakfast.
The table plan was showcased in a grand ornate frame displayed on an easel. Stationary was designed to mirror the save the date magnetic tags all guests received. Tables were set with precision with a metal work glass vase sat centrally filled with a dancing candle. They shimmered throughout the room adding a romantic element to the setting.
Guests were treated to a special favour, "Your bag of happiness contains"

A PLASTER to heal you when you are hurt
A LOVE HEART so you know that someone loves you
STRING to hold it together in tough times
A RUBBER to erase those little mistakes
A DIAMOND to make your life sparkle
A MARBLE for when you start losing yours
A LUCKY BEAN so you always have luck on your side
A COIN so you are never completely broke
A STAR for you to wish upon
A PAPER CLIP so you are always organised
A KISS for when you are feeling down

As wine flowed and delicious food devoured yours truly sampled black pudding with scallops to start, chicken with vegetables in a divine creamy sauce for main and sticky toffee for desert.......needless to say every guest was at bursting point, but there is always room for the candy cart. Oh yes! Taking you back to your childhood the wooden candy cart offered a fantastic array of jelly and candy sweets. Bags were stuffed and guests chomped happily.
As food digested it was time to leave a message for the happy couple. Not only had Neil and Natasha left a guest book for signing but had a frame filled with rows of mini hearts were guests could leave their well wishes. A perfect piece of wall art to remember their special day.
Next was the traditional cutting of the cake. A stylish tiered cake surrounded with ribbons, pearls and topped with florals detailing was perched prettily on a table for husband and wife to slice before a heart felt first dance, were the couple looked lovingly at each other. A moment all will treasure.
As the evening reception kicked in a couple more surprises popped up, fun dance floor rules and flip flops which, allowed you to kick off your heels and dance the whole night away.
Congratulations Mr and Mrs Clarke we hope you have a Bibbidi bobbidi boo, happy ever after xx
